1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Mutrea GmbH, Zürcherstrasse 15, 8607 Aathal-Seegräben, Switzerland. Deviating terms and conditions only apply if they have been confirmed in writing.

2. Contracting parties & conclusion of contract

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by email from Mutrea GmbH.

3. Products, Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in CHF and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and customs costs are shown separately. Payment is due before shipment and should be made to a Swiss bank account.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are communicated during the order process. The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the transport company.

5. Cancellation / Return

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland. A voluntary right of return may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Custom-made and unique items are excluded from exchange.

6. Warranty and Liability

Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days. In the case of a justified complaint, repair or replacement will be provided. Further claims are excluded.

7. Copyrights

All works remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase includes only the physical object, not any usage rights.

8. Data protection

Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich zur Abwicklung der
Bestellung genutzt und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, außer soweit zur
Vertragserfüllung erforderlich.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Mutrea GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of ordering applies.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Mutrea GmbH.
