Scope<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Mutrea GmbH, Z\u00fcrcherstrasse 15, 8607 Aathal-Seegr\u00e4ben, Switzerland. Deviating terms and conditions only apply if they have been confirmed in writing.<\/p><p>2. Contracting parties &amp; conclusion of contract<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by email from Mutrea GmbH.<\/p><p>3. Products, Prices &amp; Payment<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">All prices are quoted in CHF and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and customs costs are shown separately. Payment is due before shipment and should be made to a Swiss bank account.<\/p><p>4. Delivery and Shipping<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are communicated during the order process. The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the transport company.<\/p><p>5. Cancellation \/ Return<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland. A voluntary right of return may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Custom-made and unique items are excluded from exchange.<\/p><p>6. Warranty and Liability<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days. In the case of a justified complaint, repair or replacement will be provided. Further claims are excluded.<\/p><p>7. Copyrights<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">All works remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase includes only the physical object, not any usage rights.<\/p><p>8.
