Scope<\/p><p>These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of<br \/>Mutrea GmbH, Im RhyTech 4, 8212 Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.<br \/>Deviating terms and conditions only apply if they have been confirmed<br \/>in writing.<\/p><p>2. Contracting parties &amp; conclusion of contract<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by email from Mutrea GmbH.<\/p><p>3. Products, Prices &amp; Payment<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">All prices are quoted in CHF and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and customs costs are shown separately. Payment is due before shipment and should be made to a Swiss bank account.<\/p><p>4. Delivery and Shipping<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are communicated during the order process. The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the transport company.<\/p><p>5. Cancellation \/ Return<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland. A voluntary right of return may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Custom-made and unique items are excluded from exchange.<\/p><p>6. Warranty and Liability<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days. In the case of a justified complaint, repair or replacement will be provided. Further claims are excluded.<\/p><p>7. Copyrights<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">All works remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase includes only the physical object, not any usage rights.<\/p><p>8. Data protection<\/p><p>Personal data is used solely to process the<br \/>order and is not passed on to third parties, except where<br \/>necessary to fulfil the contract.<\/p><p>9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Mutrea GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of ordering applies.<\/p><p>10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/p><p>Swiss law applies.
